Bosco Ngabonziza
Financial Management Specialist
As the financial management specialist for the Access Project, Bosco ensures that the project’s accounting practices adhere to the international accounting standards, donor requirements, and Rwanda government regulations. He also assists with the implementation of sound financial and accounting procedures and the training of the staff in QuickBooks accounting software. Bosco provides technical support and necessary trainings in financial management for all Access supported health centers.
After receiving his bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Department of Money and Banking at the National University in Rwanda, Bosco worked as a senior auditor at the Office of the Auditor General of State Finances in Rwanda. Bosco is also studying to become a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
