Pascal Birindabagabo
Intern through Rwanda HIV Public Interest Fellowship
Pascal is an intern for the Access Project through the Rwanda HIV Public Interest Fellowship (RHPIF), a program of the School of Public Health at the National University of Rwanda and Tulane University. Pascal has worked with the Access team since November 2009. Pascal’s responsibilities include assisting the Rwamagana and Ngoma District Health Advisor complete his duties and helping Mutuelle managers plan their activities, implement sound financial management and accounting procedures, manage Mutuelle members and report on all Mutuelle section activities.
Before joining the fellowship program, Pascal worked as a junior auditor and was responsible for a social youth community center in Rubavu District. Pascal holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Rural Development from the Universite Libre de Kigali in Rwanda.
