Pharmacy Management Specialist

Zimy is the Pharmacy Management Specialist for the Access Project. In this role, Zimy is responsible for providing support and guidance to all Access supported health center pharmacy stock and distribution centers.

Before becoming the pharmacy management specialist, Zimy worked as a health advisor in Rwamagana District. Before joining the Access Project, he worked for two years as a general practitioner at the Centre Hospitalier de Kigali, the central referral and teaching hospital in the capital, and then as a national program officer in the Swiss cooperation in Kigali. He holds a bachelor’s degree in General Medicine from the National University of Rwanda and is interested in community health and the management of drugs in health facilities.
