During her fellowship, Julia assisted the Access team in preparing action plans to improve management capacity at the district and health center level, developed and improved data collection and management systems focusing on key health indicators, and worked on mutuelle (Rwanda’s community-based health insurance program) to ensure financial access to health services.
With Pfizer since August 2005, Julia currently works as a Senior Manager with Management Science, primarily providing analytic support for Urology products.
